Sonoco recently opened an innovation center in Cincinnati, Ohio, dedicated to delivering innovative packaging supply chain solutions for many of Procter & Gamble's major brands.
The more than 9,000 square-foot innovation center is the first of its kind. No other packaging supplier has placed dedicated resources directly next to a key customer to provide technology, design, brand management, supply chain, marketing and sales services.
Because innovation is important to P&G, Sonoco hopes the center and its activities will enable the Company to become a strategic partner, by providing P&G better coordination and improved speed to market. |
