Create your own career development journey. Ongoing development opportunities include on-the-job instruction, face-to-face facilitation and eLearning. The Sonoco University digital platform includes over 5,000 courses across many competencies and skill sets and is available to employees 24/7.
Mentorship
With three different mentoring types—career development, peer-to-peer and new hire—our mentorship program provides the foundation for meaningful growth. Having a mentor helps employees understand how they can improve, leverage their strengths and broaden their perspectives as they navigate every stage of their careers.
Apprenticeships
We offer a variety of apprenticeship opportunities that combine academic and technical instruction with paid work experience to prepare associates for a career in advanced manufacturing.
